Alste
Opera Agent / Coach
Erkki Lauri Alste studied at the Sibelius-Academy in Helsinki, majoring in violin and singing. He also graduated as a voice teacher.
In 1994 Alste started his first music agency named Orfeo Music, where he acted as agent for Finnish opera singers. Between 1997 and 2001 he led the Savonlinna Opera Agency bound to the well known international opera festival.
In 2001 he moved to Germany and founded the agency Opera-Connection in Berlin and since 2015 he works additionally with "Stretta Artists Management" for promising young opera singers. Alste has participated in the juries of several international singing competitions and has given masterclasses for young students world wide. He has also founded an annual "Audition and Repertoire Workshop for Young Opera Singers"
Hans-Otto
Ehrström
Repetitor/ Coach
Hans - Otto Ehrström studied at the Sibelius Academy and the Lyon Conservatory. After graduating as a soloist in 1998, he worked at the Zurich Opera Studio for two years. Since 2000, he has worked as a repetitor at the Finnish National Opera and at the Savonlinna Opera Festival.
Ehrström has acted as official accompanist in the singing competitions of Timo Mustakallio, Mirjam Helin and Lappeenranta, among others. He has made recordings for radio and television in several countries and has performed in most European countries as well as in Israel.
